A “new” translation of Sheela Na Gig

I stumbled across a new (to me anyway) interpretation of the Sheela Na Gig name when looking for images of the Kirkwall sheela. On page 978 of the Celtic Encyclopedia vol 4 by Harry Mountain it lists among other more familiar translations The Idle Hole (Chilo na Gi) not quite sure what language that is in though.
